My thought on a film that I've seen :
Peau d'âne (Donkey Skin/ 1970) by Jacques Demy
Excellent French musical film in the seventieth! Incredibly marvelous customs, good photograph, sceneries, directing, performance of actors and actresses... make this film a fairy tale itself. Kitsch but creative, an example of french films in its brilliant period.

OK if you may notice the instrument that one of them holding on the right, this is actually a group of band who plays fanfare in the foire. I took this photo in March so i guess they disguised during the Easter period...
