今天放上一個謎讓大家猜一猜。
Can you tell what is this ?
Answer: This is sweet called 'guimauve' in French, often to be found in big fairs. As you may see in the photo on the right, they are hanged on hooks. However, as they are not solid enough to stay in place, sellers have to keep folding them back on the hooks... rather a job.
To buy a guimauve, you may choose to have different taste (different color thus). Then seller would cut a small piece of chosen 'taste' and roll it on a stick. Voilà, there you go a finished product:
